Pricing, Fees & Deposits
Our community utilizes Evergy for electricity. Water, trash, sewer, and pest control are billed directly by the community. Residents are responsible for setting up Electricity prior to move in.

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 5th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Community Amenities

Location & Neighborhood
The newly extended KC Streetcar stops steps away from Fountain View on the Plaza Apartments. Residents can access both the Art Museums and Plaza streetcar stops to take them anywhere from Westport, to Crossroads, to Power & Light or City Market! UMKC students also have a quick mode of transportation to the University, so one streetcar stop south of our community.
Roommates & Occupancy
All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 3 for a studio, 3 for one bedroom, 5 for two bedroom, and 7 for three bedroom.
