Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilizes Evergy for electricity. Water, trash, sewer, and pest control are billed directly by the community. Residents are responsible for setting up Electricity prior to move in.

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 5th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Community Amenities

The parking options at our community include must pay a parking fee for inside or for outside. Must pay even if you do not have a car. Additional fees may apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.

Yes, our community offers a fitness center, a swimming pool, and shared common areas for residents to enjoy.
While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.

We are a pet-friendly community with no breed restrictions; additional fees may apply. For more information regarding the associated costs and breed restrictions, please review our pet policy, or contact the leasing office today.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer EV Charging Stations as an amenity in our community.

Location & Neighborhood

The newly extended KC Streetcar stops steps away from Fountain View on the Plaza Apartments. Residents can access both the Art Museums and Plaza streetcar stops to take them anywhere from Westport, to Crossroads, to Power & Light or City Market! UMKC students also have a quick mode of transportation to the University, so one streetcar stop south of our community.

Yes, our community is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and education options in Kansas City, with nearby dining, shopping, entertainment, and education destinations around the Plaza, Westport, and Country Club Plaza areas.

Roommates & Occupancy

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our application. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.

The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 3 for a studio, 3 for one bedroom,  5 for two bedroom, and 7 for three bedroom. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.

Our guest policy is that cannot stay for over 7 days and must be registered. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park in designated guest parking areas; additional requirements, time limits, or restrictions may apply depending on community guidelines. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
